Inara George and Friends Celebrate Eleni Mandell with UNSUNG HEROES Concert Tonight

89.9 KCRW presents Inara George and Friends: "Unsung Heroes: A Tribute to Eleni Mandell" tonight, October 5 at 6 p.m.
Homegrown Topangan and acclaimed singer/songwriter, Inara George returns to Will Geer's Theatricum Botanicum for her annual tribute concert that benefits the theater's educational programs. This year, George and friends Priscilla Ahn, Mike Andrews, Jackson Browne, FMLY, Benji Hughes, Alex Lilly,The Living Sisters, Van Dyke Parks, Gus Seyffert, Harper Simon, Becky Stark and Charlie Wadhams celebrate the songs and music of Living Sister Eleni Mandell.The concert is set for Saturday, October 5 at 6 p.m. at Will Geer's Theatricum Botanicum, 1419 N. The outdoor amphitheater at Will Geer's Theatricum Botanicum is terraced into the hillside of the rustic canyon. Audience members are advised to dress casually and warmly and bring cushions for bench seating. Snacks are available at the Hamlet Hut, and picnickers are welcome before and after the performance.
