Holy Ghost! 'Work For Hire' Now Out on iTunes

In eight years, Holy Ghost! has gone from being DFA's rising sons to triple threats: indefatigable DJs, inventive musicians, and go-to producers recruited to remix. Trying to pin a specific sound to this musically adventurous group-whose dance-floor prowess frequently elicits the words "disco," "synth," and "pop"-would be a disservice to the sundry projects they take on.

The new album injects new life into the work of everyone from Cut Copy ("Hearts on Fire") to Blood Orange ("You're Not Good Enough") to Katy Perry ("Unconditionally").

That sonic adventurousness is on full display throughout their latest album, the all-remix Work for Hire, out today on iTunes and May 12th on all DSPs.

Featuring quintessential remixes from the band's catalogue in sequential order from 2007 - present, Work For Hire is a mesmerizing time capsule that boldly traces that Holy Ghost! aesthetic, from their nascent days stripping down and adding groove to tracks by Panthers ("Goblin City") and MGMT ("Of Moons, Birds, and Monsters") to bright, radical recent rethinkings of songs by Hanni El Khatib ("Two Brothers") and José Gonzáles ("Let It Carry You").

To support the release the band will also head out on a series of North American DJ dates, which will see them spinning ALL VINYL.
