H3RIZON Releases FUTURE SELF Remix Featuring Muni Long
The track was co-written with Ciara Muscat and Vetta Borne, following the group's hit Certified Lover Girl.
Girl group H3RIZON has released 'Future Self (Remix),' featuring GRAMMY Award-winning singer, songwriter, and hitmaker Muni Long. The track is out now via Epic Records / RZ3 Recordings, and executive produced by five-time GRAMMY Award winner Tricky Stewart. The remix elevates the group's summer anthem with a fresh verse from Muni Long. Listen here.
Originally released earlier this summer, 'Future Self' showcased H3RIZON's fun, flirty, and fiery side, pairing effervescent percussion, neon synths, and playful lyricism with the trio's signature harmonies. Now, Muni Long brings her unmistakable style and charisma to the record, adding a bold new perspective that takes the track to another level while preserving the carefree energy that made it an instant fan favorite.
Co-written by H3RIZON alongside Ciara Muscat (ENHYPEN, ITZY) and producer Vetta Borne, 'Future Self' quickly emerged as a standout in the group's new era. The remix arrives as momentum around the trio continues to build following the success of 'Certified Lover Girl' and their standout appearance on Netflix's Star Search.
The remix marks another major milestone for H3RIZON as they continue their ascent on the global pop and R&B landscape. Teaming up with Muni Long, whose acclaimed catalog and powerhouse songwriting have helped shape some of the genre's biggest records, underscores the group's rapidly growing profile and international appeal.
The release follows H3RIZON's return to original music with 'Certified Lover Girl,' a swooning blend of '90s R&B and glossy Y2K pop that became the group's biggest Spotify release to date, earning more than 2 million streams across platforms. Bernie, Gabby, and Tiara also recently appeared on Pull Up and headlined the star-studded 4th Annual Filipino Forces Feast and Fiesta, earning coverage from Rolling Stone and other outlets.
When they signed to Epic Records, H3RIZON made history as both the first Australian and first Asian-Pacific girl group to join the label through a partnership with producer, songwriter, and executive Tricky Stewart's RZ3 Recordings. 'H3rizon's chemistry as a group was something I wasn't prepared to let walk away,' recalls Stewart. 'It gave me the same feeling as all my biggest moments and special signings. I take that feeling very seriously.'
H3RIZON's recent releases follow their acclaimed run on Netflix's Star Search, where they competed all the way to the final round and captivated audiences with performances including their official cover of RAYE's 'WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!' Their journey on the series solidified the trio as one of the most exciting vocal groups on the rise.
This year marks a new era for the singers, songwriters, and producers as they continue evolving their sound while maintaining the chemistry and harmonies that have become their trademark. With standout tracks including 'Soul Ties (Don't Give It Up),' 'Naughty,' 'Wanna Love You,' 'Certified Lover Girl,' and now 'Future Self (Remix),' H3rizon continue to prove they are one of pop's most exciting emerging acts.
With Muni Long joining the ride, 'Future Self (Remix)' signals another major step forward for the rapidly ascending trio.
