The second annual Yountville Live, the country's ultimate and intimate food, wine and music celebration takes place in Yountville, California, the culinary capital of the Napa Valley from March 31 - April 3, 2016, featuring a star-studded line-up of rock-star chefs, the finest Napa Valley wines, and chart-topping musical acts to offer special up close and personal, semi-acoustic sets by Goo Goo Dolls, American Idol Winner Kris Allen, Mayer Hawthorne, and Plain White T's with emerging artist performances sprinkled throughout the weekend.

Dozens of the valley's celebrated vintners, including Trinchero Family Estates, Jessup Cellars, Handwritten Wines, Grgich Hills Estate, Cliff Lede Vineyards, Franciscan, Clos du Val, Peju, Paraduxx, Ma(i)sonry, Priest Ranch, Robert Mondavi Winery, Provenance, Hewitt and Somerston, among others, provide their best wines to pair with culinary creations by the country's most renowned and passionate restaurateurs and Michelin-rated chefs. The Yountville Live culinary lineup includes Napa Valley favorites Michael Chiarello (Bottega Napa Valley in Yountville), 'Top Chef' Victor Scargle (The Culinary Institute of America at Copia), and Bob Hurley (Hurley's Restaurant in Yountville), combined with the iconic Las Vegas chef Grant MacPherson (Bellagio and Wynn in Las Vegas, and Raffles in Singapore), the legendary Julian Serrano (Picasso, Aria, Lago in Las Vegas), nationally acclaimed James Beard Foundation award winning pastry chef Gale Gand (Tru, Spritz Burger in Chicago), and among others. Yountville Live, presented by Volvo, is the perfect combination of rock-star chefs, incredible wine, and chart-topping music in an unforgettable setting.

Yountville Live daily Schedule includes:

Day One, Thursday, March 31 - Volvo Vineyard Welcome + Eight @ Eight Dinners

Day one kicks off with the Volvo Vineyard Welcome Reception at Brix Restaurant and Gardens, with delicious bites by Chef Cary Delbridge and an intimate once-in-a-lifetime, acoustic performance by Plain White T's. After, guests enjoy "Eight @ Eight" dinners, featuring intimate, expertly coursed menus paired with delicious Napa Valley wines with the country's most prominent chefs. Chef Michael Chiarello of Bottega Napa Valley, Chef Bob Hurley of Hurley's Restaurant, Chef Victor Scargle from the Culinary Institute of America at Copia, and Chef Chris Patrick from Abacus restaurant in Dallas, among others, will celebrate the Valley's bounty at the region's finest restaurants, wineries and wine tasting lounges. Each dinner includes an acoustic performance by an up-and-coming artist, including Blue October, Castro, Jillette Johnson, Olivia Somerlyn and Zach Heckendorf.

Day Two, Friday, April 1 - Red Carpet Gala

Day two offers attendees the opportunity to explore Yountville with free time to wine taste or gallery hop, or simply relax by the pool or rejuvenate at the spa in preparation for an exciting evening. At 7pm in the heart of Yountville, at the future site of Handwritten Wines, The Red Carpet Gala features an elegant evening of globally recognized music, wine and food. Chefs Michael Chiarello, Julian Serrano, Grant MacPherson, and Gale Gand will cook side-by-side while their culinary creations are broadcast on big screens throughout the dinner giving an in depth look at the creative genesis that brings their plates to life, and to the table. Billboard chart-topping artists Goo Goo Dollsperform a live acoustic set, up close and personal, capping off an amazing evening of food, wine and entertainment.

Day Three, Saturday, April 2 - Taste of Yountville + VIP After Hours Party

Day three is jam-packed, beginning with the Taste of Yountville from noon to 5pm, showcasing the world-class food and wine that make the Town of Yountville the 'Culinary Capital of Napa Valley'. Taste of Yountville includes world-class food, acclaimed local wine, crafts and goods offered by local boutiques, and a wide variety of music and entertainment. Additional activities include music, microbrews and the finest wines from dozens of Napa Valley wineries. Chef demos, garden tours, and a variety of live music and entertainment are offered at locations throughout the town. Yountville Live guests receive exclusive entry to the Yountville Live Sponsor Pavilion, featuring some of Napa Valley's most revered wineries, craft beer garden, live chef demonstrations, and musical performances. Then, only for Yountville Live VIP pass holders, the VIP After Hours Party begins at 10pm at Chef Michael Chiarello's Bottega Restaurant. The party includes a special DJ experience by recording star and Grammy-nominated singer, producer, songwriter, and DJ extraordinaire Mayer Hawthorne along with a swanky, party environment with late night bites, craft cocktails, and a selection of wines and bubbles. Day Four, Sunday, April 3 - Bubbles Brunch

What better way to unwind the weekend than with bubbles, soul food and soulful music? Yountville Live culminates with the Bubbles Brunch, featuring a sparkling mimosa bar the likes of which can only be found in the Napa Valley, paired with elevated, open-fire cuisine created by Chef Morgan Robinson of Smoke, and accompanied by an up-close, acoustic performance by American Idol winner Kris Allen. A perfect way to wrap up a one-of-a-kind weekend in the Napa Valley.
