DJ Khaled Unveils New Fashion Campaign with Rocawear

Rocawear, the brand rooted in culture and music, reveals today the Fall/Holiday '16 campaign featuring record producer and social media star, DJ Khaled.

Khaled, who released his latest album, "Major Key," at the end of last month, was photographed at the Gramercy Park Hotel for the brand. Fans will get a behind-the-scenes look at Khaled on set via never-before-seen images and video content released in celebration of the campaign.

Additionally, DJ Khaled, known for his engaging and intimate relationship with his fans, will also be treating followers to a special surprise in honor of his Rocawear partnership on Facebook Live.

In true DJ Khaled fashion, the Rocawear Fall / Holiday '16 campaign, crafted by the in-house marketing team at Iconix, is inspired by Khaled's larger-than-life personality and embodies his unique style through elements that exude a royal and luxurious attitude all his own. At the photoshoot, Khaled teased the partnership to his fans on Snapchat in between shots as he sat atop a massive gold throne and was captured lounging in a custom plush robe on a couch of rich red velvet.

"My campaign for Rocawear was top secret, but it's important that my fans are in that room with me seeing and feeling the energy I feel on set, so of course I had to give them a sneak peek," said DJ Khaled. "Now, I'm revealing the whole campaign to my fans ---- when I'm vibing on set, wearing the new Rocawear looks and representing greatness through the brand," Khaled continued.

In addition, Rocawear and DJ Khaled invite fans to show their love for @Rocawear on Facebook today by tuning into a Facebook Live chat hosted on DJ Khaled's official page, @officialdjkhaled for a chance to win Khaled's custom bathrobe from the shoot, along with a signed copy of his newly released album. The Facebook Live time will be released on the @Rocawear page today.

"When we shot DJ Khaled for Rocawear, he snapped all day, really reinforcing the relationship he has with his audience and allowing a brand like Rocawear to embrace his movement," said Aleesha Smalls, VP of Digital, Iconix Brand Group. "For Rocawear, that is important because we want to give the consumer an authentic, behind-the-scenes look at the brand on top of introducing them to new product and content," Smalls continued.

This is just the beginning of exclusive content DJ Khaled plans to reveal on Rocawear digital platforms. Over the course of the Fall season, Rocawear and DJ Khaled will be revealing his four major keys to looking luxe throughout the fall on Rocawear.com.

The Autumn collection is mix of causal items with active influences, including a focus on quality denim, knit tops, fleece and active sets and outerwear. The collection is available now at Dillard's, Amazon, specialty stores and Rocawear.com starting this Fall.
