Broadway's Leslie Becker Is Featured Songwriter In Free Concert In Times Square

On Tuesday, August 28, Times Square Market will be filled with the original music of Broadway singer and Billboard Artist Leslie Becker. The free concert is part of the Broadway Buskers Concert series created and hosted by Ben Cameron, which features original music from Broadway talent.

Becker has appeared on Broadway and National Tours of Wicked, Amazing Grace, Bonnie and Clyde, Anything Goes, Cinderella, Nine and more. Her debut single "Slow Burn" hit #4 on the AC Billboard/Hot AC chart, and the music video made it through two rounds for Grammy consideration for Best Music Video.

As a vocalist, Leslie has performed at clubs throughout the city including W Hotel Times Square, Webster Hall, Lovecraft, Sidewalk Café, Vanity NYC, The Duplex, The Wu Room, The Jimmy Fallon Show, Feinstein's 54Below, and The Commodore in Nashville. Expect a versatile mix of country, pop, and original musical theater songs from various musical projects, and some special Broadway guests.

The concert will take place on Tuesday, August 28 at 6 p.m. in Times Square Market Plaza on Broadway between 42nd/43rd Streets. Admission is FREE.
