In celebration of yesterday's International Day of the Girl, Beyonce posted a video on her Facebook page, featuring her 2016 song "Freedom." The global superstar teamed with Salma Hayek's Chime for Change initiative and The Global Goals on the project.

The video features young women from all over the world lip-syncing to the music while devastating statistics on human trafficking and education among the world's females are displayed across the screen. Check it out below:

Beyonce recently joined the hurricane relief efforts for the people in Puerto Rico, joining J Balvin and Willy William on their remix of "Mi Gente." Bey announced the project on Instagram, explaining: "I am donating my proceeds from this song to hurricane relief charities for Puerto Rico, Mexico and the other affected Caribbean islands.
