Sartori' Wins Awards Abroad and at Home in Artisan Cheese Competitions

Sartori continued to impress both an international and national audience at the International Cheese Awards and the American Cheese Society (ACS) Competition, winning a dozen accolades. Of those, Sartori was honored to receive the "Reserve Supreme Champion Overseas" award as well as the distinction "Best Cheese with Health Benefits" for its Reserve SarVecchio Parmesan.

"I don't know if my Grandfather Paolo ever dreamed that the small, Wisconsin company he started back in 1939 would be winning awards across the globe almost eight decades later," said Jim Sartori, CEO and owner of Sartori Company. "I do know that he would be incredibly proud of our consistent hard work and dedication to artisan cheesemaking."

The 120 th Annual International Cheese Awards was held in Nantwich, England, and surpassed 5,500 entries representing 50 countries, with more than 250 experts judging the competition. Sartori Reserve Espresso BellaVitano , Reserve SarVecchio Parmesan and Reserve BellaVitano Gold were all awarded gold medals.

At ACS, Sartori's Limited Edition Pastorale Blend , Limited Edition Extra-Aged Goat, Reserve Balsmic BellaVitanoand Reserve Merlot BellaVitano received accolades. This year's competition was held in Denver, Col., and had a record-breaking number of entries more than 2,000.
