Emmy Squared has launched its newest creation, the Skinny Square. The Skinny Square is a new take on the brand’s signature Detroit-style pizza, baked in the same blue steel pans, with the same cheese, toppings, and fully caramelized frico edge – but made with about 40% less dough. The result is a crispier, thinner base that stands up straight and holds its toppings, offering a lighter take on the Detroit-style pizza without sacrificing flavor.
The Skinny Square is available across all Emmy Squared NYC locations along with the full menu of Emmy’s signature pies, including:
-The Founders: Emmy’s classic red sauce pie with house-pickled jalapeños, Ezzo cup-and-char pepperoni, and frico edge.
-The Miranda: A four-cheese pizza with ricotta, Gouda, Emmy’s cheese blend, and Pecorino, finished with thick-cut applewood smoked bacon and housemade hot honey.
-The VIP: Red sauce, vodka sauce, and pesto with Ezzo pepperoni and imported Calabrian chilis.
