Bar of the Week: LOCL View has Grand Opening and Sunset Happy Hour

The LOCL Bar at NYLO Hotel NYC is one of our favorite spots on the Upper West Side. And now, NYLO is opening LOCL View, a stylish rooftop bar with stunning views. It is coming to the neighborhood this week and you can be part of the exciting launch.

On Thursday, May 14th, NYLO invites hotel guests and locals alike to attend the "Grand Opening" party for the LOCL View. This seasonal spot is located on the hotel's 16th floor terrace.

The festivities will take place from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, featuring live acoustic music by Tommy Zamparelli, specialty cocktails at happy hour prices and a complimentary champagne toast at 8pm. The after-party continues downstairs at LOCL bar with NYLO's weekly jazz pianist and vocalist, Violette who will take over the main bar and lounge after nightfall.

Weather permitting, LOCL View will be open to the public daily from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Guests can enjoy wine, beer, seasonal cocktails and live acoustic music while taking in stunning views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline. LOCL View will also offer a special Sunset Happy Hour daily from 4-7pm, featuring $8 wines and prosecco, $6 beers and a $10 craft cocktail of the day.
