KTCHN, the stylish café, bar and restaurant in Hell's Kitchen, is convenient to Midtown and just a short walk from the heart of Broadway. Adorned in sleek white, this spot exudes a knowing, minimalistic cool. But looks aren't everything in the restaurant business, as the staff here knows well. At KTCHN, you will also enjoy uncompromisingly efficient service and a menu full of tempting, delicious items that make the sophisticated, yet welcoming atmosphere work.

We visited KTCHN for their Sunday Brunch. The popular weekend meal comes with delectable dishes and an outlandishly entertaining show presented by the Haus of Mimosa dynamic duo. While you enjoy the show, order of plate of loaded "Sexy Fries." The recipe for this dish has tender beef brisket, serrano queso, guacamole crema and pico de gallo. These fries demand to be shared and can easily be combined with any main course. Brunch favorites include Eggs Benedict, Challah French Toast and Cheddar & Bacon Omelets. Guests can also order menu items like their wedge or kale salad, the All-American style KTCHN Burger or a Turkey Club. For those looking to get a little tipsy KTCHN also offers a bottomless brunch option.

KTCHN is also a great stop for drinks and appetizers. There are a few welcome spins on cocktail classics such as the chilled-out "KTCHN Mule," the wildly popular Mango Mojito that should both cool you down and stimulate your tastebuds this summer. Or are you inclined to try something more out-of-the-ordinary, but still excellent order the "Belly Warmer." You probably never imagined that St. Germain and could pair with tabasco sauce, but it does in this drink, and the pairing works like a charm. The mixologists at KTCHN have also created a cocktail called the "Blueberry Muffin" with vanilla vodka, blueberry and a graham cracker rim. The tastes work together to create the thick, sugary, slightly bitter taste of the pastry that gives the drink its name. It is ideal for brunch or whenever you crave some unique refreshment. KTCHN's beverage program also includes a fine selection of beer and wine to suit everyone in your party.

Stop by KTCHN for lunch and dinner when you can experience more of their modern American cuisine and redefined comfort food that includes hand-dipped chicken fingers, barbeque glazed classic meatloaf, and a creamy, truffle oil mac-and-cheese. On the lighter side, KTCHN always offers a daily soup special, seafood and vegetarian entrees. Whether you're going solo, for a date night, a friendly get together, or a bite before or after the show, KTCHN promises to please. This spot is proof that airily modern settings and delicious, enduring food selections go together perfectly.
