Best known for playing Det. James Carter in the Rush Hour franchise, Tucker became a favorite on Russell Simmons' HBO Def Comedy Jam in the 1990s and had his first starring role in the film cult classic Friday, followed by the hits Money Talks and The Fifth Element. He is the star and producer of Netflix's Chris Tucker Live. Tucker has received rave reviews from all over the world and is currently on his successful U.S. comedy tour.
