Allowing readers to spend personal moments with popular names from history, author Walt Brown announces the release of his new book, "Athletes, Celebrities, Personal Moments, The 60s and 70s" (published by AuthorHouse), which he says shows "society repeats itself and you, today, will share similar moments from the past."

Brown spent his career surrounded by athletes and celebrities and realized that the stress across America today is an echo of America throughout the past half century. His recollections will allow readers to spend personal moments with champions, rookies, celebrities and politicians - like sharing coffee with Jesse Owens as he remembers how Hitler and the Nazis changed his life.

"My career was observing," Brown says, explaining that his book will let readers witness the private moments of celebrities, like Muhammad Ali, President John F. Kennedy's family, Bob Hope, Wilt Chamberlain, Willie Mays, A.J. Foyt, Pele and many others.

An excerpt from "Athletes, Celebrities, Personal Moments, The 60s and 70s":
If you've been there, you know it's true that most of the interactions within society repeat themselves as history unfolds. Today's racial tensions, concerns about women's equality, and wars overseas effecting homeland security, each also had its own reflections across America during the 60s and 70s.
