Ford's first book ""Who Cares? 'When the Saints Come Marching In'" reveals his own trials and tribulations in life as a recovering alcoholic, along with his strange upbringing.

"I come from a very poor family with substance abuse and domestic violence issues," Ford said. "I overcame extreme shyness and eventually was giving public lectures at high school assemblies, public forums, church conventions and AA meetings."

This book was written for those seeking the meaning behind verses in the Bible and God's plan. He discusses different religions, his ideas on evolution, creation and nationalism. Ford uses questions, illustrations and humor to stimulate an honest search for his impression of the truth in Gods plan.

About the author

Thomas John Ford is an ordained minister. He has transported more than 60,000 passengers annually, before he retired in 2005 from the Orange County Transit Authority. He began touring Over-the-Road in 2007 with groups from more than 75 countries. His work with college and professional sports teams include the annual Rose Bowl, Espy Awards and BCS championship. He now resides in Irvine, California.
