DENVER, March 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ Addison Terry has done it again! He's produced a follow-up to his popular novel, "Rush!" The novel presents the exciting and humorous development of a backwater Florida family into a successful and prominent real estate powerhouse.

Addison Terry brings to the reading world a refreshing new fictional format. He sets his book in a most unlikely place and introduces the reader to a remarkable family. The reader gains a view of the development of northwest Florida in the years 1942 to 1950. The setting is Cedar Key, Florida. A backwater collection of islands reachable by boat or on an old single-track railroad right-of-way that will accommodate one-way traffic through a 40-mile swamp to reach high ground at State Highway 19. There are many twists and turns, fantastic growths, and heartbreaking losses.

The events recited in the final chapters are actual and of historical importance. It is a composite picture of the late 1940s and early 1950s seen through the lens of Mr. Terry's life experience. The development of Sunset Harbor is a remarkable account of the conversion of swampland into highly desirable waterfront building lots. They completely convert the swampy east shore of Clearwater Bay into a grand community of waterfront homes and yacht basins with tennis courts and club houses.

The rapid pace of the book will keep you turning the pages, while the final chapters will surprise you. The love the family members have for each other is remarkable. The lives of several of the cast will be changed forever. "Son of Rush" is a book you will find hard to put down and remember fondly for the rest of your life.

Addison "Add" Terry is the author of the award-winning "Battle for Puson." He resigned from the Army as a major in 1955. The Addison Terry Company was charted in Atlanta in that year and remains in business to this day. The company developed the Houston Southwest Airport in 1977, the largest airport in the nation built without county, state or federal funds. Addison Terry now lives on a small farm in Washington County, Texas.
