Author Richard Lowe reveals his new publication, "Apostolic at Heart" (published by Xlibris). It is his hope that this collection of poems and short stories will inspire readers to seek and develop a close relationship with Jesus Christ. The Lord has a plan for everyone's life for joy and happiness.

Written to strengthen individual faith deep inside the heart, this book is filled with inspiration and reflection that highlights some of life's struggles the author faced during the first year of his transformation. Poetry has become a refreshing release to gain understanding and knowledge of God's word and the truth it contains. Many of the poems in this book are inspired by the biblical stories from both the old and new testaments. Some are written from unique perspectives and imagination to enhance life's lessons and embrace both the positive and negative circumstances to enrich readers' understanding and faith.

"I think that poetry is the highest form of expression. I hope that my unique way of storytelling and poetry glorifies God and is a source of inspiration to people who are facing struggles as I did," Lowe said. "I think poetry amplifies the subject matter and makes it clear and memorable in the mind of the reader."

A heartwarming and evocative read, "Apostolic at Heart" brings the readers closer to God, making them realize that they are not alone in their battles because God is the answer to life's troubles.
