BOWIE, Md.

In a fictional time when knights, mages, elves, dwarves, honor and magic existed, the evil land of Jerrack was destroyed. This left its forces hidden deep in the bowels of the realm Nennetta, awaiting their next move. Such a tale is discovered within the pages of RFL. Burns' 2007 fiction "Shadow on Dragon's Moon" (published by Trafford Publishing).

In "Shadow on Dragon's Moon", Jerrack's Black Tower still stands in the once lush Mori valley, in the ruins of the city Morbori. It took the combined efforts of the White Mages and all other races to defeat this dark force and push it back to the Black Tower, to fight an epic battle

After relinquishing power, the dark forces fled from the Nennetta countryside and life became prosperous for those who pursued a righteous path. But over the years, the fingers of evil slowly snaked back into the light, threatening to unleash their dark power upon Nennetta once more.

A mismatched band of comrades, comprised of Andrew the dwarf, Hillary the mage, Jennette the elf, Cory the human, Matthew the knight and Richar the rogue must fight together to rid the world of evil clutches once more.

Burns describes his story as one that teaches acceptance despite differences in race or way of life, and hopes his book will appeal to readers' sense of adventure and imagination.
