Sweet Little Chic Won Tons

½ pound ground chicken or turkey
¼ cup chopped celery
¼ cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon dry sherry (optional)
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/3 cup sweet and sour sauce
24 square won ton wrappers

Saute chicken with celery and onion in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in sherry, ginger, soy sauce, cornstarch, and sweet and sour sauce. Cool. Place teaspoonfuls in center of each wrapper. Fold to opposite corners and pinch edges together to seal. Place filled won tons on Pam-sprayed cookie sheet; spray won tons lightly with cooking spray. Bake at 375° about 10 minutes till brown. Serve warm. Makes 24.
