P. Pradeep Raj Releases 'The Heart Vendor'
P. Pradeep Raj wants to celebrate true love, heal broken hearts and provide motivation to lead people into a life with meaningful purpose. It prompted him in writing "The Heart Vendor: Poems of Love, Bliss and Chaos" (published by Partridge India), a poetic expression of the bliss and chaos in the life of a man who has found and lost love.
This book uses poetry to express an intense emotional journey, from the romantic moments of togetherness, through painful loneliness, to hopes of redemption and liberation. Unlike the usual poetry books, each poem in this book has relevant images that capture Raj's imagination of the core of the corresponding poem. In addition to the poems, the images are also his work of art.
A passage from the poem "Mortal's Scars" reads:
"Do not merge,
With the ghosts of the mind.
O! Travelling soul,
Do not carry the scars that belong to the mortal kind."
"The Heart Vendor" shares the message of love as a beautiful journey. Through his poems, Raj hopes readers to feel blessed as long as the journey lasts and if it ends abruptly, then they should not hold all the emotions within themselves. They should learn to look around to find positive motivation, discover their inner strength and keep moving ahead.
