"The Family Business " is the newest novel from author Omari Crump Sr. Released by Dog Ear Publishing, it is now available to order online at omaricrumpsrbooks.com and in bookstores everywhere.

The novel opens as two young siblings, Supreme and Ryheem, team up with their cousin to mastermind some of the most difficult heists ever. After some women help them with an inside job, they fall in love and become one happy criminal family. But when a rival mob boss learns about their big scores, he attempts to extort them, leading to a gang war. The family must scheme and fight to hold on to their financial status and keep themselves strong for future generations. However, disloyalty from within threatens all they have gained.

"I really enjoy writing; every new book is like a new adventure, where I create my own world with characters to like, love, and hate," Omari Sr. said. "I write strong plots with twists and turns, but I can never really put a genre on my books because they all have romance, drama, action, and suspense."

The author's upcoming novels will include parts 2 and 3 of "The Family Business" and "Kadesha Next Boss Up."

In addition to his novels, Omari Sr. co-edits books with his 17-year-old daughter, Keydra, and six-year-old son, Omari Jr. This collaboration has resulted in "The Jungle Save ," a children's story about different species of animals coming together to protect their jungle home.

"I've got much more classic material coming," Omari Sr. said, "so get tuned in, and I bet you won't stop turning the pages!"

"The Family Business" is available in paperback. Readers can order their copy at bookstores or online at http://www.omaricrumpsrbooks.com and Dog Ear Publishing .
