Nurse Shares Intimate Experiences with Death in Debut Memoir A registered nurse who spent much of her four-decade career working in emergency, critical care and hospice environments has published a memoir about her encounters with loved ones and patients in their final days and the spiritual growth she experienced after her own near-death experience.

In "No More Fear," author Karen T. Stratoti presents a stirring examination of the meaning of life, the beauty of death and the purpose of both in connecting people to God's unique purpose for them. Inspired by an out-of-body experience she had at age 42 after going into anaphylactic shock post-surgery, Stratoti's book reflects on the spiritual meaning of living and dying.

"I was sent back to tell people a message," Stratoti said. "God wants all to know that in His eyes, everyone is precious and our individual value is incalculable. God forgives all sins; He loves us even when we fail to love ourselves."

"Exceptional. I could not put this book down," an Amazon customer wrote in a five-star review of the book. "… Karen has helped me deal with the act of dying and grieving and understanding that there is No More Fear. This book has renewed my faith and has given me a different outlook on understanding life."

A gentle resource for those grappling with end-of-life issues, "No More Fear" offers a relatable and easy-to-understand outlet for fostering compassion and fellowship through God in the face of adversity.
