Mercy Montes wrote "Grief with Ease: An Incipient View of the Quintessence Unplugged Speculation as Coadjutor Future" (published by Balboa Press) to share her meetings speaking through a medium to her son, Anthony, after he died to help people who are grieving have an easier time coping.

Montes explains that the book was written through her son via channeling sessions with medium translator Kim Babcock and later Montes herself transcribed and wrote what was said. The book presents Anthony's experience in the afterlife and tells readers what to expect after death in the hopes that it will put reader's minds at ease about what life after death is life.

"Many people do not have an understanding of an afterlife but instead a great fear of death," Montes says, "therefore I believe this book will help lessen one's fear of death and a much clearer understanding of an afterlife."

An excerpt from "Grief with Ease":
Hi, I'm Anthony. People say I died but I'm here to tell you, I Did Not Die! However, I did shed my body when I transitioned Home. I am here to tell you - you do not die. Death is not an ending, it is a beginning.
