BAM, a gutsy 62 year old, releases her new collection of poetry "Poetic Thoughts in the Keys of Happiness" (published by Trafford Publishing), centered around past loves, acquaintances and friends.

Written with flair and pizzazz, "Poetic Thoughts in the Keys of Happiness" is a very positive, feel-good book of poems that encourages women not to dwell on the past because, "If you dwell in Yesterday, Tomorrow may never be visualized," BAM says through one poem's title.

An excerpt from "If you dwell in Yesterday, Tomorrow may never be visualized":

"The reality of it all is no one knows what tomorrow will bring
But if we bask in today our two hearts can sing!!!
So don't live for the past, if you want our love to last."

"Hopefully, if just one poem stands out in someone's mind, then my contributions in this book have been visualized," BAM says. "If a specific poem is found that motivated someone to make a connection, I hope their dreams are realized."
