With his rich and extensive background and knowledge of the business world, debut author and seasoned business authority Ole Nielsen shares his secrets in acing the corporate arena in his latest book "How to turn your company around or move it forward faster in 90 days using a structured and proven step by step program" (published by Xlibris AU). With this publication, the author lays out the exact recipe for a company that "could not be saved" by "thinking outside the [box] and coming up with organic ideas that are yet to be thought of by anyone else" all in a matter of 90 days.

Nielsen stresses the main idea of success as depicted in his book: "to turn your company around or move it forward faster which can be done when you and your staff become innovative and entrepreneurial." With this, his book offers practical learning using reports and analysis and honing of essential skills which can be used by the learner on a daily basis in the workplace. Moreover, it develops the entrepreneurial skills and innovative thinking techniques one can take on the journey towards success, "[regardless] what stage in life you are at or how small or large your business is." The author shares to the readers the "opportunity to understand how success in a business can be reached and the steps needed to get there." With these, he assures that "they will have a much better chance of making a difference in their company." In addition, this guidebook not only caters to the needs of those already in the business field, but also to those unemployed, interested in setting up their own businesses, councils, schools and universities, and even to government departments.

"You have to study the book in over 90 days in a certain sequence. Following this sequence, you will have built up your entrepreneurial thinking skills that will help you in creating a whole range of ideas for not only the business but also yourself," Nielsen explains. The book is set up in a manner where each of the 59 categories contains a step-by-step guide or action plan along with the expected results.

After the thorough business and personal benefits taken by the readers from the guidebook, Nielsen motivates the proactive learner with a simple reminder: "Believe in yourself."
