Mark L. Williams, a veteran of the United States Army and a retired English and History teacher of thirty years, has completed his new book "Anomalous Alliance: A History": which follows Tom MacManus, a former soldier turned expatriate as he travels across the world to escape his past and people from it, only to have it pull him back in.
