VENTURA, Calif.

Mark Fargo has been a literary disciple for a long time now. As he releases his initial insightful book, "Early Morning Offerings," (published by Xlibris) he offers readers his thoughts on the current plight of the country. Outspoken and brazen, Fargo highlights how the political and educational climate has changed in the past generation.

The purpose of this book is to show the author's view on how the country's economic, political and personal behaviors have affected him and to share his own actions from his life's experiences. His style of writing is unique as he tries to tell stories without being overly descriptive with lots of jargon about certain events that happened in the country and be held accountable for his own actions as well.

"Early Morning Offerings" is a wide plate of thought-provoking collection the author wants readers to ponder upon. It is the author's desire to make his readers think and reflect on things that made the country lower its norms and standards, and also think on effective ways this generation can restore it.

About the Author
Mark Fargo has been writing since he was in his late teens. He is influenced by Edgar Allan Poe, Hemingway, Ray Bradbury, Rachel Carson and others, but in his heart, Mark is a Beatnik; so in his later years, he gives credit to Kerouac, Ginsberg and the Beat generation. He is a veteran teacher of 20 years, the first four at a teenage correctional facility and the last sixteen in a public high school, and has a unique perspective on education, which he has addressed with such works as "Another Brick on the Wall," "Inside the Bark," "Apex This" and Garden Patch.
