NARBOROUGH, England - During a long period of illness, Louise Richardson wrote poetry to express her emotions and find a way to deal with her ailing health. Looking back, she realized the poems reflected an incredible physical, mental, emotional and spiritual journey. "The Greatness Within" (published by Trafford Publishing) builds off her experiences and weaves them into a fictional story that will inspire readers to release their negative energy and focus on a more positive lifestyle.

The overall theme of "The Greatness Within" is a journey of transition and transformation shown through poetry. It shows the real, raw emotions that can surface when someone is faced with life-changing issues. Not only is it an autobiography, it is also acts as a source of self-help for readers.

"So many people lead stressful lives worrying about losing jobs, having enough money, or experiencing health issues," says Richardson. "I feel that readers will see that, through my writing, they can understand that change should not be feared but can be positive and bring better things into their lives. It also speaks to employers to be supportive of employees, instead of dismissive. This can lead to a more positive life for everyone."
