Fleet Wings of Fame is a story about a little known event that occurred ninety years ago and is virtually untold outside of Hawaii. Ten people risked their lives for money and glory, four survived, and three were willing to share their stories.

These men were the first civilians to fly from the mainland of the United States to the Territory of Hawaii. Fleet Wings of Fame tells about their lives before they made news, to what extent each one enjoyed notoriety, and how long the adoration lasted.
