Leigh Ann Kittell teaches 'The Easy Way to Enlightenment' Leigh Ann Kittell marks her publishing debut with the release of "The Easy Way to Enlightenment: 7 Lessons to Give Your Soul the Adventure of Your Life" (published by Balboa Press). Through a practical, modern approach to enlightenment, this book helps an individual connect to their soul, spirit, Mother Earth and their creative magic. Visit https://www.balboapress.com/Bookstore/BookDetail.aspx?Book=636114 to learn more about Kittell's thoughtful, satisfying approach to enlightenment that starts with "you acknowledging your own achievements on your self-development and spiritual path so far."

Kittell comments: "Every time you act lovingly to yourself or another, you bring more light into the world. We believe that enlightenment is only for a few, but in your own way, you are already enlightened. When you recognize that you are already enlightening yourself and others, you sense purpose and in turn joy." She continues, "'The Easy Way to Enlightenment' builds on this idea and gives readers practices to deepen their sense of self-love and purpose."

The lessons weave together supporting ideas from traditional spiritual philosophies such as yoga and modern spiritual thought from teachers like Esther Hicks, Barbara De Angelis and Mike Dooley. The author also uses examples from her more than 20 years' experience living and travelling internationally to describe humanity's mass evolution towards enlightenment, currently underway.

The central topic of the book is to encourage people who love self-development and modern spirituality to see themselves as already on their own modern path to enlightenment and give them tools to deepen and simplify their practices. The book allows the modern spiritual aspirant to work less and relax more.

Kittell adds: "First, I want my readers to understand that they are already enlightening themselves and others. Second, I want to give them a framework to understand and leverage the many practices they have been working with. Finally, I want to give the readers an outlook for the future: I ask readers to share what they are learning with the world create a global shift in consciousness."
