J K Rowling, E L James and Julia Donaldson have landed on Nielsen Book's first Bestseller Hall of Fame, reaching platinum sales records.

The list includes 97 titles by 64 authors with sales of more than one million copies between 1998 and 2015, including 46 fiction, 34 children's books and 14 non-fiction titles.

JK Rowling has nine titles over the platinum status, Dan Brown has six, and E L James has four, along with the creative team of Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler. However, James hits a milestone as 'sextuple platinum bestseller', selling more than six million copies of Fifty Shades of Grey.
