Geoff Quaife Releases THE IRIS FIASCO

The idea of dealing with maladjusted siblings, treacherous comrades, a witch, murderers and devious priests might sound like a living nightmare to some. For Luke Tremayne it's just another day in the office in "The Irish Fiasco: Stolen Silver in Seventeenth Century Ireland: A Luke Tremayne Adventure" (published by Trafford Publishing), Geoff Quaife's earliest installment in the series.

Set in 1648 Ireland, "The Irish Fiasco" follows Tremayne as he is sent by Oliver Cromwell to investigate a murdered officer and the disappearance of a large amount of Spanish silver. Tremayne's task will put him on a crash course with countless foes and several women, who may complicate matters.

With over 40 years of history teaching under his belt, Quaife hopes that "The Irish Fiasco" will not only make readers think as they try to uncover the mystery, but that they will also enjoy "soaking up the hustle and bustle of the mid-17th century."
