Expect to hear more about this five star reviewed book that makes a great coffee table conversation piece, "Most women love going to a salon and taking time out of their busy schedules to pamper themselves," according to author Tricia Greenwood. "Clients are looking for a personal and artistic experience. They want to walk out of a salon feeling beautiful and confident. The truth is, miscommunication and unprofessional etiquette in hair care services can turn a hair salon visit into an unforgettable nightmare. Something to consider is that our social networks like Facebook, Linkedin and dating sites have one particular feature in common that is necessary to be recognized and acknowledged: our Image. One that has our face and yes... our hair as our identity."

Frazzle to Dazzle exposes the break-down in communication revealed in true stories and terms and techniques with a bit of humor-empowering clients to avoid bad hair days in the future. Master Stylist, Alan Benfield Bush wrote the foreword in Frazzle to Dazzle, noted in Modern Salon Magazine's as a world renowned educator and product innovator, Bush was Vidal Sasson's partner and director at the Sasson Academies in London and in the US.

"To be a leader of ones career, one first has to gather the knowledge and experience of others, act according to the facts and logic, that should prevail through the understanding of the core values that we all share as Artistic Engineer (hairdressers, stylists, cosmetologists, crimpers and designers). Reading this book gives commonality that we all share. Well done Tricia."

When talking about the motivation behind the book, Greenwood said, "I wrote Frazzle to Dazzle so that clients will have enough knowledge and understanding to interview a hairdresser during a consultation and will never again become a victim of an inexperienced hairdresser."

Greenwood wrote her book drawing from personal experiences having performed corrective hair services on new clients for over 30 years as a Hair Designer and Color Specialist. Considering her 30 years of experience, Greenwood mentioned that, "I specialize in meeting the individual needs of each client with a cut and style best suited to their facial shape and lifestyle. I determine if the tone of their hair color best matches their complexion and eyes, with adding high-lights or low-lights when desired." Greenwood understands high-quality hair care experiences and sharing her knowledge provides advice to help women receive the hair color and hairstyle that will look the best and most fashionable.
