Christie Bakeman Shares IT'S YOUR LIFE... OWN IT!

Throughout life, many will wonder how life itself came into existence, if their existence is all there really is and if there is a way to enhance it. Christie Bakeman hopes to answer these questions and more in her new book, "It's Your Life......Own It!" (published by Balboa Press).

"It's written to connect with the average person verses someone already focused on spiritual growth or enlightenment. The exercises it contains can improve an area of someone's life or a specific relationship immediately," Bakeman explains. "The exercises in the book really work if someone will put forth the effort."

Using a conversational tone, Bakeman says readers will be able to identify someone they know or possibly themselves within the author's stories. Through this identification, readers will discover ways to improve situations and enrich their own lives. Bakeman addresses an array of issues, including relationships, finding contentment in the workplace, and quantum theory and how it relates to health.

"I want the readers to understand the power to change their life is within themselves. All of us have the ability to create the life we desire and there are many reasons that we aren't living that," says Bakeman. "Life doesn't have to be a struggle. It is possible to be happy now and create the type of life they want."
