Cara D. Brown Releases New Children's Book, ISABELLE'S WISH

When a young girl named Isabelle goes on a journey with her brother, Zachary, she develops an unexpected bond with him.

In her new children's book, "Isabelle's Wish" (published by iUniverse), author and preschool teacher Cara D. Brown tells an inspiring tale of bravery, mystery and acceptance.

Isabelle and Zachary take a walk home from school one day, only to find a haunted house along the way. When the siblings find a woman in the house who looks just like their mother, they embark upon an investigation to uncover the doppelganger mystery.

An excerpt from "Isabelle's Wish":

"Isabelle's mouth drops open in surprise, and says 'Mom is that you?' Zachary comes running into the study and says, 'Isabelle, what are you doing? Mom is waiting'. Zachary sees the middle-aged woman talking to Isabelle and wonders, what is going on here? The woman continues talking to Isabelle, 'No, I am not your mother. My name is Gabriella, and I know your mom very well. I am here to grant you your wish'."
