CALGARY, ALBERTA(Marketwired - Aug. 21, 2014) - Calgary-based venture creation firm, Business Instincts Group, announced today the launch of 'The Sustainable Startup', a debut book from their CEO and leading Canadian Entrepreneur, Cameron Chell.

The Sustainable Startup, which is available to order in print or as a digital download, was officially launched at the Grow Conference, of which the book is an official sponsor, which runs from August 20th -22nd. Written alongside friend and colleague Jamie Clarke, the book distills experiences gained during over twenty-five years of creating and growing, startups.

Chell and Clarke have broken down collective experiences into seven distinct principles designed to ensure a startup is focused on creating and forming incredible teams around founding ideas. These principles define a sustainable startup as a scalable and profitable company, focused on building teams around 'big vision thinking'.

Cameron Chell has been building business for over two decades and in that time has Co-founded several startups including the original could computing company Futurelink and, more recently, Canadian space tech startup UrtheCast, visual search startup Slyce and the Oil & Gas downhole communication platform, Cold Bore Technology.
