Road Less Traveled Productions Accepts Submissions to 'May the Fourth Be with You'

Road Less Traveled Productions (RLTP) is now accepting submissions to "May the Fourth Be with You", the organization's second 10-Minute Play Festival, an evening of staged readings to be presented on Monday, May 4, 2020.

In honor of the date, RLTP encourages creative imaginings around the Star Wars Universe and accompanying themes, however short plays around any theme or topic are welcome to be submitted. Plays must be an original work by a regional playwright (Western New York and the surrounding area) and no longer than 10 minutes in length. RLTP is looking for premiere pieces that highlight the exciting and diverse voices of Western New York, as such plays should not have had previous readings or productions.

To submit a new work for consideration, please email completed script to Katie Mallinson, Literary Manager at katiemallinson@gmail.com, along with playwright biography or resume. Playwrights may submit up to three (3) plays for consideration. Submissions will be accepted until October 1, 2019. Playwrights will be notified of the final selections by November 1, 2019.

The RLTP 10-Minute Play Fest is a one-night only event on Monday May 4 at 7:30pm. Tickets are $10 each and available online at www.roadlesstraveledproductions.org, or by calling the RLTP Box Office at (716) 629-3069. Seating is limited. Advance purchase required.
