Buffalo Laboratory Theatre to Stage WONDER OF THE WORLD This Fall
Get ready for the comedy that is as wild as going over Niagara Falls in a barrel! WONDER OF THE WORLD tickets are on sale now. Produced by Buffalo Laboratory Theatre, this hysterical, fast-paced production kicks off the 2016-2017 Frey Electric Construction Co. Season at Shea's 710 Theatre with 12 performances from September 15 - October 2.
Performances are Thursdays at 7:30 p.m., Fridays at 8 p.m., Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 7 p.m. The Press Night performance is Thursday, September 15. Nothing will prepare you for the dirty little secret Cass discovers in her husband's sweater drawer. It is so shocking that she has no choice but to flee to the honeymoon capital of the world in a frantic search for the life she thinks she missed out on. It's a wild ride over Niagara Falls in a barrel of laughs as Cass embarks on a journey of self-discovery that has her crossing paths with a blithely suicidal alcoholic, a lonely tour-boat captain, a pair of bickering private detectives and a strange caper involving a gargantuan jar of peanut butter, all of which pushes her perilously close to the water's edge. *Some adult language and situations.
Shea's 710 Theatre is intimate 625-seat theatre presenting a wide variety of live performing arts including plays produced in collaboration with local and regional theatre companies as well as select plays from New York City.
