THEATER 2020, Brooklyn Heights' NY multi-award winning theater company is pleased to announce a Gala Event! Join us at Theater 2020 to Celebrate 200 years of #JaneAusten's novel "Northanger Abbey" first published in 1818! Please come to a Fundraising Party and Reading of Lynn Marie Macy's adaptation "Northanger Abbey, A Romantic Gothic Comedy," performed by a dynamic professional cast of world class actors in a beautiful Victorian Ballroom on Saturday, October 27th!

The perfect Halloween destination, this delightful evening will help us raise funds for our upcoming 2918/2019 mainstage season, and INCLUDES a reception featuring Halloween goodies with the artists immediately following the reading. Costumes encouraged but not required! It's going to be fun and spoooooooky! Seating is limited, so book now!

Comedy! Adventure! Romance! - Murder? Lynn Marie Macys hilarious adaptation of Jane Austen's novel. Young Catherine hungers for adventure and soon finds it in the fashionable spa resort of Bath - hosted by Mr. & Mrs. Allen, her wealthy neighbors from home. She is caught up in the Thorpe and Tilney families' social flurry - all the while obsessively reading her exciting new novel, Radcliffe's "The Mysteries Of Udolpho." Is the medieval Northanger Abbey equally as haunted as the Italian Castle Udolpho? A perfect event for Halloween!
