The Brooklyn Comedy Collective presents, The Singularity is Here!
In his 2005 book, the Singularity is Near, futurist Ray Kurzweil foretells of an eminent event that will bring about super-intelligent AI, infinite life, and impossible to conceptualize virtual reality. What he fails to mention is that even the total slackers, idiots, and dopes will cross over into this digitized future. Part buddy comedy, part sci-fi exploration, The Singularity is Here blends high-energy live performance with creative multimedia elements as it follows two dolts who unwittingly end up in this techno-utopia.
The show stars William Banfield and Rome Davis.
