Hip-Hop's newest generation of game-changers will take over the stage on Friday, June 9th at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The one-night-only concert, Soulfrito Urban Latin Music Festival, will be the first of its kind in the New York City area. The show features a new wave of urban rappers and Latin trap Reggaetoneros. The all-star event will bring together the hottest digital streaming artists of the moment. Songs like "Otra Vez", "Monster," "Ooouuu," "Timeless" and "Prrum" are just some of the hits that will be showcased by these urban hip-hop superstars.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.barclayscenter.com, www.ticketmaster.com, or by phone at 800-745-3000. Tickets can also be purchased at the American Express Box Office at Barclays Center.

The Soulfrito Urban Latin Music Festival will take place the same weekend of the popular National Puerto Rican Day Parade; and will be the celebratory event to officially kick-off the summer for young adults in New York City.

Established in 2002 in Miami, Florida the music festival was created to bring together Urban Latin music talent and audiences that represent the existing blend of second and third generation multi-cultural Latino communities in the U.S. The inaugural festival first took place at Bayfront Park in downtown Miami. The festival achieved its initial goal to bridge the gap of culture and music by creating a platform that represented the diverse interests and musical appeals of Latinos globally, especially major metropolitan areas in the U.S.

The 2017 Soulfrito Urban Latin Festival will highlight the best of both American and Latin hip-hop worlds. "SOULFRITO was a pioneering music event created for the Urban Latin Millennial and their ever evolving diverse musical tastes," says Melissa Giles, founder of SOULFRITO The Urban Latin Music Festival. "New York is the birthplace of Urban Latin culture, it is a natural fit for the music festival that continues to break barriers in catering to the diverse progressive musical tastes of today's Latino millennial generation."
