The Brooklyn Navy Yard will hold its Fourth Annual Holiday Market on December 4 and 5, 2021 from 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. in Building 77 at 141 Flushing Avenue (at Vanderbilt Avenue).

This year's event is focused on three themes: shopping, eating, and making. Plus, Sunday is family day, featuring a pop-up ice skating rink. The vendor lineup showcases more than 25 businesses and artists that are based in the Yard and surrounding community. Shoppers can select from a range of home goods, fashion and accessories, art and design, wellness and skincare products, as well as food and wine - making the market the perfect place to find unique Brooklyn-made gifts for everyone this holiday season.

"After a year away due to Covid-19, our vendors, and hopefully our visitors, are thrilled to be back in full-force to celebrate the holidays with us at the Yard," said Johanna Greenbaum, Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer of the Brooklyn Navy Yard. "These unique and Brooklyn-based companies exemplify the entrepreneurial spirit of the Yard and its companies, and we urge Brooklynites to come support their local businesses."

This year the market welcomes several new companies including Kitsby, Colleen & Eric Whiteley, AP Jewelry, Elsbet, and Fydelity. It also welcomes back perennial favorites Kings County Distillery, Campos Handbags Inc, Carrie Bilbo Jewelry, and Hip Hop Closet, to name a few. Visitors will also enjoy a curated art section while enjoying festive holiday music and have the opportunity to win door prizes from free food to gift baskets. For those looking to make the holidays brighter, Saturday is full of artist-led workshops for teens and adults: The Perfect Little Stoll with Skilset, Creative Holiday Mask-Making with Noël Copeland, Mono Acrylic Transfer Prints with Nick Golebiewski, and Innovative Pen Making with Adriel Lyles.

This year's family-friendly activities on Sunday include: ice skating, festive card making, story time and book giveaway, ornament decorating, and gingerbread cookie decorating. Visitors may bring their own ice skates or rent a pair for children aged 5 years and older ($5/kids and $10/adults).

Shoppers can get a sneak peek of this year's holiday market at MadeAtTheYard.com. The online showcase will run through December 31, 2021. Visitors to the website will also enjoy 15 percent off Brooklyn Navy Yard merchandise with the code BNYWINTER15. The holiday market is free and open to the public, but visitors are encouraged to RSVP.
