Franco Boot, Lester "Family Guy" Lewindowski, and Rob "Robot" Roberson are members of THE WACKY HATS a fictional short form improvisational comedy troupe from Glendale, Connecticut, visiting New York on a "tri-state tour" to raise money for their ambitious new theater space, a theater they describe as "a mix between Caroline's and Madison Square Garden". Throughout their show, they will try to reach their goal of 6 million dollars.

THE WACKY HATS ensemble includes Brad Kula, Curtis Raye, and Stefan Schuette.
