Alicia Olatuja returns home to Brook on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 8 PM at Kumble Theater, LIU Brooklyn Campus.
Brooklyn's own Alicia Olatuja first received national recognition for her soaring solo with the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir at President Obama's second inauguration, and has since established herself as one of this generation's most versatile and elegant jazz artists.
Her sublime voice has graced the stage of major venues around the world, performing alongside Chaka Khan, BeBe Winans, Christian McBride, and Dr. Lonnie Smith. Praised by The New York Times as "a singer with a strong and luscious tone and an amiably regal presence on stage," she returns home to Brooklyn with her scintillating jazz stylings.
