Brisbane Festival 2026 is the inaugural program of new Artistic Director Ebony Bott, running under the banner Switch On, Light Up, Come Alive. The festival features over 700 performances and more than 2,000 artists and arts workers across theatres, parks, riverbanks, and the Festival Village, South Bank. Programming spans puppetry, circus, immersive theatre, live music, fireworks spectacle, and free and low-cost events for all ages. The festival operates from sunrise ceremonies and morning yoga through to late-night performances.
