Arthur Conan Doyle has a problem: his creation Sherlock Holmes. At first, Arthur brims with excitement over Sherlocks arrival, hoping that his make-believe detective will bring him fame and rescue him from a dull, medical practice. Thats exactly what Sherlock does, outshining his creator. Arthur wants to work on more serious literary ventures. But the world wont let Arthur stop.
