Class will focus on reviewing foundational silks vocabulary while beginning to build longer aerial sequences that emphasize flow, strength, technique, and confidence in the air.
Each class begins with an active flexibility warm-up and core-focused conditioning. Strength-building exercises are woven throughout to support safe skill progression and endurance. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace while being offered challenges appropriate to their level and goals.
This class is offered through Payomet Performing Arts Center’s Cirque by the Sea, supporting adult aerial training in a welcoming, professional environment.
