Un-Common Theatre Company Announces Auditions For ANNIE

The Un-Common Theatre Company is thrilled to announce auditions for their Fall Production of "ANNIE" on Saturday, September 8, 2018, from 1:00 to 4:00pm. Auditions for students currently in grades 2-12 will be held at the South Foxboro Community Center, 382 South Street in Foxboro, MA and are by appointment only. All roles are available. The production, bringing together the production team of Director Meg Quin Dussault (Sharon, MA), Music/Orchestra Director Eric Anderson (Stoughton, MA) and Choreographer Alex Sweeney (Lakeville, MA) will be performed at The Orpheum Theatre in Foxboro on November 16-18, 2018.

For those who are out of practice or would like to improve their auditioning skills, Un-Common is also offering an Audition Workshop, taught by the Annie production team of Meg Quin Dussault, Eric Anderson, and Alex Sweeney. This Audition Workshop is being held on Thursday, September 6th, 2018 from 7:00 to 8:00pm at Qualters Middle School in Mansfield. An additional session will be held from 8:00 to 8:30pm for those interested in auditioning for the title role of Annie. A breakout session for parents will also be offered to introduce and review the process of the production from auditions to opening night. The workshop fee, including the parent workshop, is $25 per child. Please email auditions@uncommontheatre.org to register.
