Stories for a Sunday Afternoon Comes to the Unicorn 1/16
Berkshire Theatre Festival is proud to announce "Stories for a Sunday Afternoon," a reading series hosted by Gail Ryan, will begin this Sunday, January 16, at 4pm in the Unicorn Theatre.
This series is open to the public (a $10 donation is suggested) and will feature local artists and members of the Berkshire community reading short stories that are designed for adults, suitable for all ages. Each week will be a different set of readers and a whole new adventure into the theatre of the mind.
This week's subject is folk tales. Told for generations to pass on local wisdom and morals, these stories have become beloved and cherished parts of our cultural heritage. Start your Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday early by coming out to enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and cookies as you rejoice in the power of storytelling at the Unicorn Theatre.
