Robin Hood, Pirates, Puppets & More Slated for The Cape Playhouse for Kids 2015 Season

Robin Hood, pirates, magicians, puppets, best loved stories...all these and more are included in the Cape Playhouse for Kids 2015 Season.

"We've put together a schedule that will have something for all kids, regardless of their interests," said Mimi de Quesada, the Managing Director of The Cape Playhouse, "from puppets, magic, and Robin Hood to juggling, music, and comedy - kids will find a show that they will love and that their parents will love, too."

A total of 11 offerings are scheduled, running July 2 through August 14. Tickets are now on sale for all productions in the historic theater's 89th Season in Dennis, MA. Where Broadway Goes to Summer. The non-profit Cape Playhouse was founded in 1927 on a majestic 23-acre lot in Dennis Village on Cape Cod. Blending a 19th century meetinghouse, an extraordinary history and nearly 90 seasons of top-notch professional theater, the Cape Playhouse is one of the most famous summer theatres in the country. The Cape Playhouse continues to combine the best comedies, musicals, mysteries, and dramas with unforgettable performances from the nation's finest actors. Legends such as Bette Davis, Humphrey Bogart, and Lana Turner graced the Cape Playhouse stage, leading the way for many of the most beloved film, stage and television stars. Open from mid-June through early September, the Cape Playhouse remains the oldest summer stock theatre in the United States.
