POE; A FEVER DREAM Plays The Factory Theatre 10/1

So opens Poe; a fever dream, a collection of Edgar Allan Poe's short stories and poems newly adapted for the stage by 11:11 Theatre Company. The production can be thought of as a festival of shorts, forged by three distinct playwrights and brought to life by five uniquely gifted directors, all based directly on the creations of a brilliant young author born in 19th-century Boston whose works have inspired the nation for a century and a half.

Poe; a fever dream will premiere on October 1, 2010 at The Factory Theatre on Tremont Street in Boston, MA. The show will run for three weekends, starring a cast of eleven actors and featuring music created by a small selection of talented artists. Tickets are $17 general admission ($15 for students and seniors) and can be purchased at the door or online at www.1111theatre.com/poe.html.

For one of the cheapest ticket prices in town, audiences can discover the works of Edgar Allan Poe all over again or for the first time on the stage of The Factory Theatre, just in time for Halloween.
